Owner Brett Bradley brings 33 years of hands-on drywall and framing experience to every job. He spent 26 years with his family's business, Superior Steel Framing Systems, rising to Vice President of Operations and leading crews on large-scale commercial work — including the curved framing and river soffits at the Tachi Palace & Tachi Entertainment Center expansion and the sanctuary build-out at Visalia First Assembly of God. He then spent 4½ years at Swinerton Builders, one of the nation's largest general contractors, where he led the launch of their self-perform drywall division in Seattle.
Bradley Commercial Interiors, founded in 2025, is the next chapter — blending that legacy-driven, family-business craftsmanship with large-scale national contracting experience to deliver scalable, compliant, and future-focused work for commercial general contractors and property owners, under Brett's direct, hands-on ownership.
We built the business on a simple standard: bid accurately, show up on schedule, and finish clean. That standard applies whether we're framing out a tenant improvement for a general contractor or preparing to take on work at a military installation.
